Present text and/or links that document evidence of completion of the School Improvement Project, including the following:
- A description of the project as it was enacted;
- A summary of the evaluation conducted of the project, including reference to data available relating to attainment of project goals;
- A description of the status of the project (i.e., Will the project be continued? How or in what way will it be changed?); and
- An analysis and reflection of the candidate’s leadership related to the school improvement project, including what was learned through enactment of the SIP.
This is a significant document, which can be presented as a single blog entry or a blog entry with attached documents (for instance, evaluation evidence or summary). When you submit this blog, title it SIP DOCUMENTATION, and tag it with the category, “Collective Record-Final Documentation.”
