Your summary reflection should focus on the two or three most important lessons you take away from your internship. To decide what to include think about the following question:
- In what ways are you most likely to think, feel, or behave differently as a leader as a result of your experiences as an intern?
In addition, reflect on how your internship experience revealed the two or three ways you feel you most need to grow as a leader.
Your professional growth plan stems from your reflection concerning your growth needs – what commitments do you make to continue your development as a school leader? Your plan should outline what you plan to do over the next three years. Be as specific as you can.
